Most orders are shipped within a 2-4 day time frame. Delivery times may vary depending on delays due to customs or routing delays due to postal services. We are also not responsible for lost or damaged items that have entered the postal system.
We will gladly return and exchange anything as long as it is in new condition (no mustard stains... someone did it). We do not offer cash back only exchange for other merchandise. If mistake was on our part we will pay for return shipping and to ship out replacement.
